SUP and Yoga

We provide a special  combination Hatha yoga with fantastic views across the Faaker See.

The flow of water and the gentle yoga exercises support relaxation. SUP Yoga teaches balance in a special way and strengthens musculature in the entire body, especially in the core (back and stomach). Doing Yoga on a SUP board rather than on a traditional mat gives it a whole new dimension.

The course includes an introduction into SUP techniques, paddle tour to suitable SUP yoga locations on the lake where we will do Pranayamas (Breathing exercises) und Asanas (postures).

The course is suitable for Yoga beginners as well as advanced practitioners. SUP beginners, nature lovers and swimmers from the age of 8. The sessions last 90 minutes.

Price: € 30,- per person, including the SUP rental
